This plate is fit for a king. It is not hard to imagine this dish being at King's Montezuma table, it certainly looks Regal and it's flavor taste as good today as it did during the Aztec Empire, I can see the Conquistador Hernan Cortez savoring this dish at King's Montezuma's table. So come... what ever your Spirit is--- that of a king or that of a Conquistador either way you will love it!
